Decided to go with Hayes HVAC as he said he was able to make it out same day. He arrived later that day and was able to find the issue and offer some possible solutions AND didn’t try to sell me a new system like some of these other companies. Ended up going with the repair the same night as it was in his truck stock. 5 stars because I can’t give 10!!Fast friendly service at a reasonable price. Bruce from Hayes HVAC, LLC contacted me immediately and set up an appointment the next day. Bruce was very professional and detailed when he came out to inspect our AC system and wrote several options to repair or replace the unit. Bruce broke everything down to my wife and I which was appreciated since I was stuck at work. After receiving several other quotes I felt more pressure from a salesman than technicians that were working toward a commission rather than a long term customer. We decided to go with Hayes HVAC, LLC and contacted Bruce on a Saturday and he scheduled the replacement the next day, there was no pressure and it was all laid out with unbeatable pricing options. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Hayes HVAC, LLC in Clayton to my friends and family. Bruce and his team came out on Sunday morning and were done by the afternoon, replacing the whole upstairs unit.
