When our HVAC unit died in February I was out of the country for work and had to find someone online to take care of the work. After researching others reviews, I decided to give Hayes a call. They were honest with me up front with no nonsense like some of the other HVAC companies I have delt with in the area before. They told me the complete price upfront which was under what I was expecting and got the new unit installed quickly. They also worked with me on a payment schedule as this is a major expense to anyone's budget. Upon returning home I was extremely impressed in the quality of the install as they did a spectacular job. Thank you for taking care of my family while I was out of town. I will recommend you to anyone I can and you have a customer for life!

Bruce answered my call immediately. He was there the next morning to fix our AC. He did maintenance as well. Quick. Responsive. Always with a smile.

Our heat went out on a Sunday evening and I called over 10 other companies trying to find someone who could come look at it. Everyone either say they’d come out Monday or didn’t answer my call. Bruce was at my house within 45 minutes! He was able to diagnose/fix the issue quickly, he charged a very fair rate and was professional and extremely kind. Highly recommend Hayes HVAC!
Mr. Bruce was was prompt, courteous, and professional. My Mother's AC suddenly went out last night. After an initial diagnosis, the problem was linked to the electrical switch, which Mr. Bruce promptly fixed (fingers crossed that's all it is). I truly appreciated that he altered his schedule to provide a same day appointment for my Mom (a senior citizen), so that she would not be without air condition in these extremely high temperatures. Based on his professionalism and courtesy, I recommend that you give Hayes HVAC a call for your air condition needs.
